150,000 clinicians. 5 people. $30M Series A. This team is growing fast and they need their first dedicated Partnerships Lead.

The role:

• Own a pipeline of 50+ partners — medical societies, clinical publishers, digital health platforms
• Design and close deals from scratch — no two are the same
• Work directly with the founders on strategy

You:

• 2-6 years in BD, partnerships, or sales at a fast-moving startup
• High agency — you see an opportunity and move on it
• Charismatic, organised, comfortable in a room with senior execs

The package:

• $120K-$170K base / $140K-$215K OTE
• Equity
• H-1B & O-1 sponsorship available
• SF onsite

This is a build-from-zero role at a company compressing years of growth into months.
